I was going to begin to describe how simple and yet extremely beautiful this wedding of Anna and Andy is, and yet the more I think about how simple and beautiful it is, the more I realize that something so beautiful can never be so simple. This wedding captivates us with warmth, with emotions, with creativity, and with the undeniable allure of Anna, and something that possesses these can never be simple. We can say whatever you want—pretty, well-thought-of, a feast for the eyes—but definitely not simple. Let’s not confuse simplicity with something that is really more than that because if something is at a level that begins to make you feel more than unusual or different than the usual, it can never be just simple.
