Tuscany Engagement Session Photos | Patch and Josh

When a photographer dreams of a place to shoot, Tuscany will always be at the top of the list, except maybe if he/she is Tuscan and he/she wants something else. And when a photographer dreams of a subject to shoot, Patch and Josh should be on top of that list too, except maybe if he/she is not aware that such a gorgeous couple exists. Well, having both of those was a dream scenario of mine, and I got to live it last Tuscan summer. From a quaint little village on top of a hill to a manicured vineyard deep into the Tuscan hills and from the iconic Duomo of Florence to its famed Ponte Vecchio, we didn’t spare anything shooting Patch and Josh in all these beautiful spots, all while getting to enjoy the company and the wines and food that this part of the world has to offer. If that’s a scenario that sounds too good to be true, maybe because it is, it is life (or the life of a photographer), if written in the most romantic of ways—the art of creating art, as one should perfectly call it.

Grateful to Patch and Josh for making this shoot happen; it’s an engagement shoot that tells no time and defines all feelings. Hope you enjoy these photos, both in the beauty they show and in the stories they tell.
