Philippine Pre-Wedding Photographer | Aly and Mike

Conceptualizing a prenup shoot is mind-numbingly difficult. We want to make sure that it is worthwhile for everyone. We can always just suggest to shoot in the most expected locations, get paid, and be done with it. All while clouding that apparent compromise and laziness, with terms like, ‘simple is nice’ and ‘less is more’.

But we are not like that, and importantly, our clients are not like that. While we can always scale it down if they want us to, there are only a handful who have asked us to do so in the more than 11 years of doing this.

Case in point is Aly and Mike. To create something different for them, given the restriction that the shoot had to be in Manila, we had to dig deep and ask who they are, what they wanted, and what they could do. To be honest, Aly would answer anything and everything to all of those – that’s how cool she is. But since we cannot just do anything and everything, we put together things that are related to them and things that they liked and weaved that Metrophoto spunk into them.

The result is a highly (literally and figuratively) industrialized and modern shoot that took us to a metal refinery, on top of a skyscraper, and inside a very forward-looking museum. You can call it anything you want, we simply call it the Aly and Mike. Enjoy.
