Anthony and Glenn | Same Sex Prewedding

In Metrophoto it is inherent for us to seek the challenges, thrive on the unusual and fight to change the status quo. These are the things we live for and yet we are still always in for something new, something greater all the time. Our encounter with Anthony and Glenn falls in the same category but in a much different level altogether. You see, Anthony and Glenn as their names imply, are our first gay couple. We had posted a few shoots of people in lesbian relationships, but never both males. This is why we were struck with both anxiety and excitement when we were planning this pre-wedding shoot. Surely it was already different, but we wanted it to also be different-different, a standout – least to say.

With the help of the new creative team of Metrophoto working together with the couple and their coordinator, we were able to arrive at a concept that’s distinct enough and still rugged enough. Something that made both Anthony and Glenn, and their taste for impeccable clothes, radiate through.

Fortunate isn’t even enough a word to describe being chosen by Anthony and Glenn to shoot their weddings and the celebrations that come with it. Aside from being well-groomed and very good looking they also have the resolve to be a part of something that is of a much higher standard. I would love to say that nothing else could be more beneficial to an artist such as myself, but that fact that they are also getting married in New Zealand and we will be there amidst the lakes and on top of the mountains, makes that statement untrue.

But before we go and visit the snowcapped mountains of Queenstown, let us first take you to the sandcapped mountains of Pampanga. We hope that you enjoy the photos and we hope that one step at a time, they contribute to the further acceptance of unions such that of Anthony and Glenn’s.
