We welcome December with this elegant and beautiful wedding of Roselyn and Boopsie. Now if there is one thing that I won’t forget about them, it’s that they make me taste the most delicious and divine cheesecake in the world. Ok, some people may dispute that but I’m pretty sure it could be true. You see, I am not a cheesecake lover, every cheesecake ate before were too dry and too dense for me to enjoy. In fact, I don’t get why Rachel and Chandler were so obsessed about it here.
After meeting Boopsie and Roselyn when they booked me more than a year ago, they sent me a cheesecake. And everything changed after that, it was an experience I wont forget and I finally understood why Rachel and Chandler were fighting over it – because I know I would. Something else that really impressed me is for someone to take something so familiar and accepted and make it so much better.
Roselyn is the chef behind Kitchen’s Best Patisserie and the maker of the best white chocolate macadamia brittle cheesecake ever. It doesn’t hurt that she’s gorgeous too. It’s no wonder their wedding is filled with desserts for the eye to behold and the palate to luxuriate in – and it’s just appropriate to start the post with a collage of them. Enjoy.
